By installing the Renda app or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Renda provides a fully managed abandoned cart recovery service for Shopify merchants. Our team of dedicated sales representatives sends personalized iMessage communications to customers who have abandoned their shopping carts, with the goal of recovering lost sales on your behalf. You connect your store and view analytics; we handle all customer outreach.

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Renda to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share customer data with us for cart recovery purposes.
Our service operates exclusively through iMessage (Apple devices with blue text messages). You acknowledge that:
Pricing for Renda services is based on your selected plan. All fees are billed according to your subscription terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
The Renda platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Renda and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
Renda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 48 hours as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Renda is incorporated.
